Susan Moreschi, M.S., CPCC, hails from the tiny Midwestern town of Nashville, Indiana Susan’s passions for health, cooking, and pursuing the path of cultivating a very personal spirituality have been awake and alive since her teen years in Indiana.
She worked in a variety of health food stores and health food restaurants throughout her twenties, including owning her own bakery/vegetarian café. She spent these years drinking in all she could learn about health and nutrition from numerous sources. Simultaneously, she pursued various avenues of personal growth and spirituality, all of which has led to the very unique blend of offerings she now offers in her professional life.
Susan was trained as a Montessori preschool teacher, and later completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on family systems. Then in 1995, she discovered the then brand-new profession of life coaching. Completing her Certified Professional Co-Active Coach certificate through the Coaches Training Institute in 1997, she has been working with individuals and groups to inspire and facilitate greater fulfillment and happiness in the lives of her clients since then.
Recently, Susan has received health and nutrition training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is in the process of completing a Natural Chef training program through Bauman College in Northern California.
Susan lives in the wine country of Northern California with her beloved husband, sweet dog and sassy cat. When she’s not in the kitchen or counseling clients, she loves to hike, garden, swim, read, watch movies, and walk the glorious bluffs above the Pacific Ocean.
