    Conversation as if it were a year from now ..

    Really exciting to get together and have a one year anniversary — I’m blown away that we’ve progressed as far as we have. 5000 members already.

    Fay: We’re in Australia, in Europe, Austria, Phillipines, across the United States. Global Empire has been created.

    People are flourishing, thriving with the essential oils, it is becoming a household name. Oh I gotta go get my doTerra! People are saying.

    Joel: We are scheduling an interview with Dr. Oz, they want to be on the board of advisors.

    Susan: Of course I want to be a part of the interview

    Oprah wants to have us on her Master Class

    Facebook page has over 100K likes. People know about us all over the place. We are going to hit the 10K member mark by the end of this first quarter of this year. Keeps growing faster. Once something catches on, the exponential growth is crazy. Don’t want to be overly optimistic, but we can do this!

    Money is not an issue any more. There is more than enough potential customers in the world. We don’t have to convince people to do what we are doing; we are doing it and we inspire others to want this. People really do want to change. Change themselves.

    People are starting to become aware of their own personal empowerment around health.

    We literally save people’s lives.

    Challenge to tell me about … all these things going on in different countries, Fay and I are having to travel. We need to travel all together.

    Taylor is getting it for us in Australia — we’ll go to the event. Taylor is part of downline in doTerra. High school friend of Kahlil’s. Let’s go to Australia together.

    We signed up friends with doTerra in Hawaii. Friend has a lot of friends in eastern Europe — they are involved, big over there. Chezh Republic. Joveen. doTerra buddy at 2012 doTerra convention. She’s really helped to make IHS grow.

    It’s an honor. Getting our awards for being Diamond. Great to get the acknowledgment from them.

    Rebeca’s Spanish downline is going crazy. We might need to go to Mexico this year as well!

    Femme from Nigeria got Deep Blue in early 2013, uses it and loves it, and is opening up a whole dimension in Nigeria. Get this information into the hands of African Americans and Africans.

    John: might be joining me in 2015. We’ve introduced oils to his fellow co-workers and the guys have been using them at home with their kids.

    Can’t wait till 2015 and we look back on another year. Toddler at this point … but a

    Couples that do this together are the most successful. Usually the woman starts; as the business starts to grow, the guy comes along. Synergy helps accomplish more.

    Joel’s goal for 2013: by April to go full time with our business. Definitely by May. Perhaps need to go to convention. Need me to generate lots of interest for the company, get good leads, then go. This will be my last year in this industry, regardless.

    Fay and Joel: We’ve got a plan. Want to create our leaders for doTerra.

    Joel: Ideal person for this business: already entrepreneurial, desires to be in their own business, find that person or those persons, half the battle is done. They already want to have their own business, want to be independent. Also, probably somebody who is not happy in their current situation. Certain people get this: natural healing practitioners, massage therapists, exercise trainers, chiropractors, health coaches, herbologists — trading time for money. Unless they are really good at saving, they are just making their hourly rate to build their business. Residual income changes everything. Build their retirement. Find builders based on these attributes.

    Fay & Joel: This is how the compensation plan rewards you most. Provides stability in the structure. We need customers. But we want to keep it simple to continue bringing our message to people. Get three people who are really clear on seeing the vision, then when we train those three correctly and know all they need to do is find those three people, if we look for those people in the right places, it will grow. Each person only has to manage their levels and maybe one level down. We are always there for support and leading by example, but training and duplication gets passed down. Builders.

    What we need to accomplish our goals is to find capable, accomplished leaders.

    Bianca referred us to a Time management strategy — project 12 months out where you want to be and work backwards, quarter by quarter. Goal-setting technique. Where do you see yourself? Let’s use it! It would be a good way to clarify goals/strategy with IHS, also doTerra

    We are helping have physical health and financial health. Inspire people to believe this is possible. We are conditioned in the opposite. Create a new paradigm shift; this is truly our why. What it really represents is a new paradigm of thinking.

    Time for a new paradigm. Fundamentally humbling desire, we always talked about wanting to change the world because it wasn’t working for people. We saw the injustice, want to do something about it. Since the beginning of our relationship. How do we create a sustainable economy and way of living? Through changing health care is a big part of it. Changing what our economy is based on, rather than on labor, can be renewable resources, technology so people don’t need to do certain things any more. People can do what their calling is to do. We can have a renaissance period, where people follow their hearts, make a living doing what their hearts yearn to do. Then people who are artists can do what they want to do,

    From inside out rather than outside in. With health, with prosperity.

    We are creating and helping to support an industry that is in such alignment with our own personal values. Putting energy into natural health. Growers, harvesters, distillers, scientists, packagers, sellers, an ecosystem in harmony with nature.

    Keeping the vision clear, simple — then we can articulate it to individuals to inspire them and to for those who want to align with this, they get it and they are motivated

    Thinking it would be better to set up a health practitioners directory rather than try to hire and manage coaches who work for IHS, allow practitioners to be part of the directory. Let members interview coaches. We can have a corporate wellness program of our own. Someone comes to us, if they adopt our wellness program, they can use our affiliates. We can do a contract. Strategic partnering/cross marketing so we can increase our membership. They get more exposure as our membership grows; we gain good
